Delivery Policy

In principle, there is no refund after ordering the product, except in case of a major defect. A major defect is a case of unserviceable damage, Because this product is custom-made.

All the weaknesses of the product have been announced, so the customer cannot request a refund. Please make a careful purchase.

It can take about 7 to 30 days because it's custom-made. However, we send you an e-mail about the production process every 2~3 days, as we sending you an e-mail about the test process and how it looks right after packaging.
